Where Are You Located?

Woodbridge is nestled on a quiet dirt road conveniently located right off of Hwy 11 between North bay and Powassan. You’ll find the less than 2km drive from the highway, quiet and peaceful. We could not have found a more perfect location to bring this dream to life.

Now what though?!

“Should I book a venue tour first?”

  • Absolutely. We want you to be able to envision your perfect day here and ensure we are the perfect fit for such a special and significant occasion. We offer flexible time frames all year round to book a tour with us. You are more than welcome to bring family, friends, etc along with you as well! The more support the better.

“How far in advance should I book?”

  • If you have your heart set on a specific date, or maybe you’d like to incorporate an anniversary, or special date to you - we recommend booking as soon as you can. We will always do our best to inform you if a certain time of year is highly sought after or if another couple has requested your date for a viewing already, etc. to give you a better idea of when you should get the ball rolling. At this time, we are booking dates up to 2 years in advance. If you are more flexible with your date, you don’t need to rush!

“Do you require a deposit?”

  • Yes, we require a 25% nonrefundable deposit along with a signed contract to secure your date. 6 month before your event date, we require another 25% deposit followed by the remaining 50% due the week before. Unfortunately your date cannot be secured without a signed contract and deposit being returned to us. We accept e-transfer and credit card payments (no additional fee).

Where Would I Find Nearby Accommodations?

  • Beautiful modern white 40x60' tent with stunning windowed side walls 

  • Gorgeous interlocking brick flooring (in grey neutral tones)

  • Stunning string lights hung tastefully throughout the entire tent (all on dimmer switches)

  • Banquet tables & white folding bistro chairs with additional tables for catering, gifts, etc 

  • Fresh white portable washroom units - these arrive spotless and are used for your event only! (nothing compared to music festivals)

    • We also offer an upgrade option to a beautiful temperature controlled wedding grade washroom trailer (full 3 piece washroom) for an additional $1000+HST

  • Large permanent arch with scenic ceremony space including soaring 60’ tall poplar tree backdrop

  • Endless lawn space for games, additional vendors, cocktail hour setup, etc

  • 2 wine barrels and 4 wine barrel cocktail tables (as available)

  • Beautiful white hardwood bar including 2 bay commercial fridge & small freezer for ice storage

  • Ample parking in close proximity to the venue - additional parking available

  • Hydro access for vendors throughout the tent as well outside

  • Classic truck for photo opportunities

  • Full weekend access from 2pm Friday until 2pm on Sunday

    • often utilized for tent/decoration setup and ceremony rehearsal

    • Please note Sunday is for clean-up - we ask you bag garbage and recycling (not required to take with you)

What is Included with the Venue Space?

What is Required for Alcohol

+ Event Licensing? 

Each couple is responsible for providing proof of the following licensing prior to gaining access to our venue:

  1. Visit your local LCBO or the linked website below for your Special Occasion Permits: Private Event regarding the safe handling, distribution and/or sale of alcohol during your event. We have a template + contact info for you to utilize!

    You are responsible for adhering to these rules and regulations as the license holder

    * Important Note: Bartenders must arrive with proof of valid Smart Serve Certification *

  2. Special Event Insurance - talk to your local/current insurance broker to obtain Special Event Insurance for your private event/weekend access

You’re welcome to utilize our venue for all sorts of different events, such as:

  • Elopements

  • Vow Renewals

  • Photography Location (FREE for engagement photos!)

  • Bridal Showers

  • Baby Showers

  • Birthday Parties

  • Anniversary Parties

  • Any Other Type of Celebration
