How to book your wedding:

book a tour of our venue

We encourage ALL couples to take a tour of our venue prior to booking! This isn’t a requirement and we’ve had many happy couples book our venue if a tour isn’t possible beforehand due to logistics. However - we always want you to be absolutely sure our venue is the one for you. Most of all, we find this is such an exciting experience for couples and really gets the ball rolling for wedding planning as booking your venue is generally one of the first steps along with setting the date.

Request your date

During busy season we often see several couples a day for venue tours. So once you’re ready to book - reach out to ensure your date is still available! We do our best to let you know if someone has requested a tour for your exact date but during busy season this can become quite difficult. If you have your heart set on a certain date - don’t wait!

Review your contract + Invoice

Once you have confirmed the availability of your wedding date - request a contract! We encourage couples to take their time in reviewing the contract to ensure they have a full understanding of how our venue operates. We are always happy to help with any questions or concerns you may have. Along with a contract we’ll send an itemized breakdown of your invoice (inclusions) and a payment schedule. This helps to provide full transparency of our expectations regarding when payments are due and everything that is included with your package. Remember - your wedding isn’t officially booked until your contract is signed and your initial deposit is paid. We accept both E-tranfer and credit card payments (no added fee).

Officially book your wedding

Once you have reviewed, completed and signed your contract as well as provided your initial deposit - your wedding is officially booked at Woodbridge Acres! Please always remember we are here to help in any way we can and love hearing from you along your wedding planning journey!
